Acumen

Acumen is a fiscal agent that partners with state Medicaid and participant-directed care programs to administer payroll, billing, claims processing, and employer-of-record services for home- and community-based supports. They handle provider enrollment, tax and benefits withholding, invoicing, and compliance tasks so individuals and participant-employers can manage consumer-directed services more easily. Acumen also provides phone-based customer support (including TDD/TTY) and resources to help beneficiaries navigate Medicaid enrollment and renewal.
