California CASA is a statewide nonprofit that supports Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who serve children involved in California’s juvenile dependency (foster care) system. The organization helps recruit, train, and support volunteer advocates and connects them with local CASA programs while providing standards, resources, and professional development. California CASA also works on public policy, training, research, and fundraising to improve safety, permanency, and well‑being for abused and neglected children across the state.
