Esalen Institute

Esalen Institute is a nonprofit retreat and educational center on the Big Sur coast that offers workshops, residential programs, and self-guided experiences focused on human potential, personal growth, and contemplative practice. Founded in 1962, it integrates psychology, somatics, spirituality, arts, ecology, and bodywork to support emergent transformation and inner exploration.
