Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is a nonprofit social enterprise that operates thrift stores and donation centers across central and southern Indiana to fund job training, employment placement, and community-based workforce programs. Proceeds from donated goods support career services, skills training, and placement for people facing barriers to employment, helping them secure sustainable work. The organization partners with employers and community agencies to provide customized training, on-the-job support, and other wraparound services. Shoppers and donors choose Goodwill both for affordable, recycled goods and to directly support local workforce development and economic mobility.
