OceanX is an organization that combines ocean science, technology, exploration and storytelling to unlock the ocean’s sustainable potential. They mount research expeditions (including the OceanXplorer vessel), deploy advanced tools like submersibles, ROVs and sensors to collect data and support scientific partners, and produce films and educational content to broaden public understanding. By partnering with academics, media outlets and policymakers, OceanX makes ocean science accessible and uses research-driven storytelling to inform decision-making and inspire conservation and sustainable use.
