United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. (UIS), founded in Phoenix in 2020, is the U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) and serves as a design‑build general contractor for high‑technology manufacturing facilities. Drawing on parent‑company expertise since 1982 and projects for clients such as TSMC, UIS delivers turnkey services including engineering design, high‑tech factory planning, cleanroom systems, HVAC/electrical, tool hook‑up, commissioning, and after‑sales operations and maintenance. As a single‑point contractor, UIS manages large subcontractor and supply‑chain networks—over 3,000 workers on site—and is a principal contractor on TSMC’s Fab 21 in Phoenix, which includes a nearly 650,000 sq. ft. cleanroom.
