A Nurse Resident is a new graduate registered nurse enrolled in a structured Nurse Residency Program at Highland Park Hospital that supports transition to competent practice during the first year. The program combines bedside clinical rotations across multiple specialties with classroom learning, mentorship, and a focused curriculum on disease-specific care, communication, and quality improvement. This full-time role includes rotating day/night shifts, weekends and holidays and begins March 2026.
