1:1 Behavior Aide

The 1:1 Behavior Aide works one-on-one with a student with an identified disability in a classroom setting, providing constant support and supervision to help them navigate routines and build positive behaviors. This hands-on role involves implementing academic and behavioral goals in adherence with the student's IEP and BIP, while assisting with transitions, data collection, and de-escalation when necessary. The position requires maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering positive peer and adult relationships to support the student's social and emotional growth.
