1:1 Paraeducator – Functional Adaptive (FA) / Social Communications (SC)

This role provides highly specialized instructional, behavioral, and safety support to students with significant disabilities requiring continuous supervision and intensive intervention. The paraeducator implements complex, legally mandated IEP services, including Behavior Intervention Plans, while exercising independent judgment in high-risk situations to maintain a safe educational environment.
