About this role

This role supports school-aged children with intellectual or developmental disabilities in achieving individualized educational and behavioral goals within a classroom or community setting. Staff assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and therapy sessions while implementing positive behavior intervention strategies to ensure student safety and independence.

Responsibilities

Support students to achieve individualized educational and therapeutic goals
Assist with personal care, toileting, and feeding activities throughout the day
Implement positive behavior interventions and manage challenging behaviors safely
