1st Line Compliance Officer

A 1st Line Compliance Officer in the Life Operations department (COO) coordinates and strengthens first-line compliance controls for life insurance files across the lifecycle, from underwriting to claims. The role supports operational teams on regulatory topics, interfaces with second-line Compliance, and contributes to control testing, reporting, training, and remediation. The position is embedded in a ~60-person team and helps ensure regulatory adherence and risk management for both broker and client services.
