1st Shift Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is primarily responsible for setting up the debone area, transporting finished product and raw materials, and maintaining forklift equipment in a sanitary condition. This role requires operating heavy machinery within a poultry processing facility while strictly adhering to safety regulations and NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines. Employees must work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, often in physically demanding environments with extreme temperatures.
