1st Shift Frame Mill Supervisor

The Frame Mill Supervisor plans, directs, and assigns work activities in a manufacturing department on the 1st shift. This role leads frontline associates, supports and implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. The Supervisor drives safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements using continuous improvement tools while developing employees through coaching, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing manufacturing team.
