1st Shift Grader Operator 1

The Grader Operator 1 supports the efficient flow of product through the grading process, including denesting, palletizing, and moving product through the plant and into the cooler. This role ensures product quality, proper packaging, and safe, clean operations while operating various equipment. The position requires coordination with the denser team, monitoring grader equipment, verifying egg sizes, and applying pallet labels accurately. Maintaining a clean and safe work area by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures is essential.
