1st Shift Production Supervisor / Shift Supervisor

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the production floor, managing a team of 20-30 associates to ensure efficient product movement, quality, and timeliness. The position involves supervising staff, enforcing safety and ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet KPI targets. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the supervisor is responsible for maintaining workflows, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
