1st Shift Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads a manufacturing operations cell of 15‑20 employees in the Precision Metal Fabrication value stream at Raytheon's Andover, MA facility. The role is responsible for meeting quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals while planning, organizing, and directing work flow, and driving continuous improvement using lean and six‑sigma methodologies.
