Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related fieldCurrent full clinical license in social work (LCSW), counseling (LPC), or marriage and family therapy (LMFT) in the state where this position is offeredMinimum of 4 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges, elementary age preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience administering crisis screening assessments to childrenStrong knowledge of early childhood and elementary developmental milestones, as well as common emotional and behavioral concerns
