About this role

The Associate General Counsel, Legal & Compliance will support the General Counsel in managing commercial, transactional, and compliance functions for a growing finance and technology-focused firm. The role partners with product, security, and business leaders to advise on AI, SaaS, data, and technology solutions while helping build scalable legal and compliance programs. This is a hybrid, office-based role in select U.S. cities with significant autonomy and growth opportunities.
