About this role

The CIB USA Analyst Program at BBVA is an ambition-driven opportunity for May/June 2026 graduates to begin their careers in investment banking and global markets. Participants will gain hands-on experience in core areas such as Corporate Investment Banking, Global Markets, or Risk through structured training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Contribute to live transactions and client projects from day one
Develop long-term client partnerships for corporate and institutional accounts
Execute trades and provide tailored risk management strategies
Perform credit analysis and portfolio monitoring within the Risk team
Structure financing and provide advisory support across various industries
