2026 Corporate Parallel Co-op - Engineering

The Parallel Co-op Program at Caterpillar provides continuous co-op employment for engineering, technology, and computer science students focused on product development. Participants work full-time in the summer and part-time during the academic year, paired with product development teams to gain hands-on experience and mentorship. The program is designed to develop early talent through applied projects, professional development, and exposure to manufacturing and engineering processes.
