About this role
Caterpillar’s Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) is an entry-level, 12–18 month rotational program for recent engineering graduates that provides hands-on experience across multiple engineering teams. Participants rotate through areas such as product design, simulation, controls, embedded software, electronics, testing, and process or manufacturing engineering. The program aims to develop technical skills, mentorship, and career growth opportunities within Caterpillar’s manufacturing environment.
