About this role

The Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) - Welding Track is an entry-level rotational program at Caterpillar designed to develop welding and materials joining engineering talent through three 12-month assignments across U.S. facilities. Participants gain broad exposure to manufacturing technology, product development, R&D, and supplier/quality support while preparing for technical or leadership roles. Most positions are based in Peoria, Illinois, and the program requires graduates with relevant ABET-accredited degrees and willingness to relocate and travel.
