About this role
Fenway Ambassadors support the Boston Red Sox fan experience by serving as welcoming, visible representatives throughout Fenway Park. They help ensure fans have a positive visit by staffing fan services booths and assisting with special guests and ceremonies. The role emphasizes kindness, compassion, and positivity in every interaction with fans. Ambassadors commit to working at least 30 regular-season games, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
