2026 HUD Asset Management Analyst

This role is a member of the HUD Asset Management team at Walker & Dunlop responsible for monitoring property financial statements, inspections, lease-up of construction projects, and general portfolio surveillance for HUD loans. The position serves as a primary point of contact for borrowers, vendors, HUD, and internal teams to ensure investor requirements are met throughout the loan lifecycle. The role supports asset managers with borrower consent requests, coordinates action plans with HUD, and maintains quality loan and client data in the servicing system.
