The Launch Program is a 10-week summer internship that provides structured onboarding, extended training, and mentorship to accelerate student career growth at Red Ventures. Interns participate in a cohort-based experience designed to give meaningful exposure to the company with the goal of receiving a full-time return offer. The position is based in Santurce (San Juan), Puerto Rico and follows a hybrid schedule (onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday).
