About this role

Caterpillar's Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Automation and Robotics is an approximately three-year rotational program that accelerates development of entry-level talent in manufacturing automation. The program provides broad exposure to Caterpillar through three 12–18 month rotations across automation, manufacturing engineering, product development, and supplier engagement. Participants gain foundational technical and leadership skills to prepare for future roles within Automation and Manufacturing.
