About this role

Caterpillar's Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Automation and Robotics is an approximately three-year rotational program that accelerates development of entry-level talent in manufacturing automation. The program provides broad exposure to Caterpillar through three 12–18 month rotations across automation, manufacturing engineering, product development, and supplier engagement.
