About this role
Caterpillar’s Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) is a three-year rotational program aimed at accelerating development of entry-level talent. The program provides broad exposure across facility, corporate, and front-line leadership EHS roles, with rotations and relocation across North America. Participants gain foundational technical and leadership experience to prepare for long-term EHS roles within the company.
