Cenovus’s New Grad Program is a three-year rotational development program consisting of three consecutive 12-month assignments across Process Engineering, Process Controls, Operations, and Deployed Process Safety. The program starts in June 2026 at Lima or Toledo, OH, provides training, mentorship, field exposure, and networking, and matches graduates to a permanent role upon completion.
