About this role
NSF SOARS is an 11-week summer undergraduate-to-graduate bridge research program hosted by UCAR/NCAR in Boulder, Colorado that supports students in atmospheric and Earth system sciences. The program provides paid stipends, housing, and travel, and offers mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to conduct original research over one or multiple summers. It is aimed at undergraduate and associate’s students from a variety of STEM disciplines to help prepare them for graduate study and careers in ESS.
