About this role

This is a full-time summer internship on MongoDB's Data Engineering teams, offering hands-on software engineering experience across Data Pipeline Engineering and Data Platform & Infrastructure Engineering. Interns pair with engineering mentors and program advisors, contribute to impactful projects, and receive training to support a data-driven culture. The program runs 10 consecutive weeks (May–July) with a hybrid in-office expectation of three days per week.
