About this role
A Communications internship at Roche Canada Pharma supporting the strategic development and execution of internal and external communications to strengthen corporate reputation and engage employees and external audiences. The role is designed to help tell impactful stories about Roche’s work in healthcare and contributes to broader corporate and patient outcomes. This is a 4-month, full-time position based in Mississauga beginning May 2026.
