About this role
Ticket Operations Representatives serve as the primary in-person contact for fans purchasing tickets for Red Sox home games, Fenway Park tours, and special events. The role is year-round and focused on walk-up ticketing and will-call services at the box office and remote ticket booths. Representatives also support fans with accessing digital tickets through the MLB Ballpark app and assist high-end clientele at VIP will-call windows. The position contributes directly to the fan experience and overall ticketing operations at Fenway Park.
