2027 Rotational Engineering Program

Watlow's 2027 Technical Rotational Program offers recent graduates a full-time, six-month opportunity to accelerate their engineering careers through hands-on experience across various roles and business units. Participants will complete three two-month rotations at different Watlow facilities, gaining exposure to cutting-edge projects and building a professional network under the guidance of experienced mentors. The program concludes in January 2028 with a transition into a permanent full-time engineering position in Columbia, MO.
