2027 Summer Intern, PhD, Machine Learning - Generative World Models & Controllable Simulation

This internship offers PhD candidates the opportunity to work with industry leaders on impactful projects within Waymo's autonomous driving technology. The role focuses on designing and scaling algorithms for controllable generation and test-time compute in foundation world models. Interns will investigate multimodal sensor conditioning and representation alignment to advance holistic world simulation.
