The Bountiful Company
The 2027 Supply Chain Development Program is a two‑year rotational graduate program at Nestlé USA that provides participants with hands‑on experience across multiple supply chain functions, including foundations, sub‑function immersion, and field rotations in distribution centers or factories. Graduates will develop leadership, analytical, and project management skills while working on strategic initiatives and will be placed in a supply chain role after completion.
Nestlé is a Swiss multinational food and beverage company and one of the world’s largest consumer goods firms, producing and selling products across categories such as coffee, dairy, infant nutrition, petcare, confectionery, bottled water and prepared foods. The company emphasizes nutrition, health and wellness in product development and invests heavily in R&D and specialized nutrition businesses. Nestlé also pursues sustainability and responsible‑sourcing initiatives across its supply chain, including efforts on packaging, water stewardship and emissions reduction.
