The 2027 Winter Emergency Services Nurse Residency Program at Winchester Hospital is designed for new graduate nurses and those transitioning into emergency services. This year-long program provides comprehensive clinical education, mentorship, and professional development to support the transition into professional nursing practice. Participants will engage in hands-on clinical experience, simulation training, and monthly professional development sessions to build confidence and clinical judgment.
