26-27 Behavior Implementation Interventionist - Stella Elementary Charter Academy

The Behavior Intervention Implementation (BII) Specialist provides targeted behavioral support to students, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. This role collaborates with case managers, teachers, administrators, and school psychologists to analyze progress, communicate updates, and support students in meeting their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals. The BII Specialist implements and monitors Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), reinforces appropriate behaviors, and tracks prescribed BII services. By addressing the behavioral and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities, the BII Specialist helps create a supportive school environment that fosters student success.
