The HR Administrative Specialist ensures accurate HR data management within the Workday HCM system and supports department reporting. They track and report HR and Operations metrics, serve as a liaison for HRIS-related inquiries, and support compliance processes such as I-9 and WOTC. This is an individual contributor role focused on data integrity and process improvement within a HR/Operations team.
