2nd Shift Logistics Lead

The 2nd Shift Logistics Lead supports the Supervisor in inventory control and materials movement while ensuring the team follows procedures to meet the Company’s objectives for cost-effective utilization of materials, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The Lead is responsible for training and monitoring warehouse employees to ensure they understand and follow work instructions, perform tasks efficiently, accurately, and safely, and maintain good housekeeping procedures. This role oversees a group of employees, provides daily objectives, and guides team tasks to meet company goals.
