About this role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manual Welder to join our team, responsible for performing high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time role operates on a 3pm - 11pm schedule with a competitive pay range and additional shift differential.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components
Interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints to determine project requirements
Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerances

Skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalentCurrent welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
