2nd Shift – Reed Lane - Trainer

The Trainer ensures an effective and successful process of accompaniment and technical training to contribute to the adaptation curve of new employees. This role involves receiving candidates, conducting tours and short interviews, and providing feedback to the Recruitment and Selection area regarding hiring feasibility. The position also includes welcoming new hires, facilitating orientation, and delivering theoretical and practical training on assigned tasks.
