2nd Shift Shift Supervisor

This position is responsible for shift supervision of grain operations at the Hutchinson, KS facility, ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining high standards for people safety, food safety, quality, and environmental compliance. The role involves managing the hourly workforce, overseeing plant operations on off-shifts and weekends, and coordinating with internal teams to support efficient operations. The supervisor is also tasked with training, developing standard operating procedures, and maintaining housekeeping and production standards.
