2nd Shift Supervisor

The 2nd Shift Supervisor oversees a team of 6 to 12 hourly personnel, ensuring high standards for safety, food safety, quality, and production efficiency during the 7 PM to 7 AM Friday through Sunday shift. This role involves supervising daily operations, facilitating safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations. The supervisor also leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages employee performance, and ensures proper facility cleaning and sanitation.
