2nd shift Warehouse Trainer (Bilingual Preferred)

The 2nd shift Warehouse Trainer is responsible for implementing a training experience that drives employee engagement and retention for new hire selectors and other non-exempt warehouse employees. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with trainees and business partners to ensure success in achieving weekly performance goals and proficiency in all job duties. The trainer also handles retraining, recertification, and acts as an extension of the operations leadership team to support learner success.
