3D Designer / Project Manager

This hybrid role combines project management and 3D design within the T1 FS Design Engineering team, focusing on advanced spatial modeling and project delivery. The position is responsible for orchestrating 3D BIM model coordination, managing utility routing layouts, and ensuring the timely delivery of 3D models and 2D drawings. The role also functions as an operational project manager, overseeing design request delivery, construction contractor alignment, and cross-functional hand-offs throughout the organization.
