About this role

Slate is seeking an energetic and experienced 3PL Partner Manager to lead a team of fulfillment specialists and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers. This role ensures seamless delivery of customer products by overseeing warehousing, inventory tracking, and operational efficiency while driving process improvements. Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, the manager serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to meet Service Level Agreements and optimize costs.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3PL Fulfillment Specialists to manage warehousing and inventory
Manage commercial relationships and interactions with Third-Party Logistics providers
Develop and monitor performance metrics to optimize operations and reduce costs
Validate monthly invoices against internal records of orders and inventory levels
Implement cycle counting programs to maintain high inventory accuracy standards
