3rd Shift-Machining Cell Setup Operator

The 3rd Shift-Machining Cell Setup Operator is responsible for performing multiple setups and operating various CNC and manual machining centers, grinding, and honing machines to maximize production and quality levels. The role requires initiative in determining production and quality standards, managing equipment operations, and setting speeds and feeds. The incumbent must be proficient in using precision measurement tools and capable of training new employees and filling in on various departmental jobs.
