3rd Shift Production Operator

This role involves assuming the duties of the 11:00 pm Cheese Coordinator in the absence of full-time holders, overseeing vat room operations, and interfacing with vat automation controls. The position requires operating vats, managing cheese production schedules, handling whey cream, and ensuring efficient turnaround times for cheese making. The employee will also provide direction to cheese production employees and coordinate with intake, whey plant, and maintenance departments.
