The Overnight Sanitation Supervisor oversees the sanitation crew in a USDA/FSIS-inspected food manufacturing facility to ensure all cleaning activities meet strict food safety and regulatory standards. The role is responsible for maintaining sanitation documentation, schedules, and records while supporting pre- and post-operational inspections. This position works an overnight shift Monday through Friday and requires flexibility for extended hours. The supervisor plays a key role in supporting a home-delivered meal operation that serves seniors and individuals with medical or nutritional needs.
