3rd shift Supervisor

The 3rd shift Supervisor leads and directs the Warehouse Operations Team at the Retail Operations Center, overseeing product placement, storage, movement, loading/unloading, customer service, and inventory control of donations. This role involves monitoring daily and weekly reports to track inventory trends and team performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that reflects the Goodwill brand.
